Our Returns Promise
We offer a 15-day returns window from the date of delivery. All items must be:
- In original condition with tags attached
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original packaging with all accessories
How to Initiate a Return
Follow these simple steps to process your return:
- Submit your request: Email our Style Squad at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery using the template below
- Wait for approval: We’ll respond within 48 hours with return authorization and instructions
- Package your items: Use the original packaging if possible, including all tags and accessories
- Ship your return: Send to our Stoke-on-Trent headquarters using a tracked service (we recommend DHL or FedEx)
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. For your protection, we recommend:
- Using a trackable shipping service
- Purchasing shipping insurance
- Retaining your proof of postage
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when completed
Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
We currently offer size exchanges for most items in our Activewear and Coats & Jackets collections:
- Follow the standard return process
- Clearly state your desired size in your return request
- We’ll ship your new item once the return is received
Note: Exchanges are subject to availability. If your preferred size is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Faulty Items
If you receive a defective item from our Active Studios or Featured collections:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the issue
- We’ll arrange a free return label if confirmed as faulty
- Choose between a replacement (if available) or full refund
