We typically process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

- Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas.

We offer a 15-day returns window from the date of delivery for most items. Your satisfaction is our priority, which is why we’ve made our returns process as streamlined as our performance fabrics.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return, items must be:
- In original condition with tags attached
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original packaging with all accessories
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Swimwear
- Underwear
- Earrings (unless faulty)
Additionally, all final sale items from our Days of Summer and Collections sections are marked as non-returnable at checkout.
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Submit Your Request

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. For your protection, we recommend:

Refund Process

Exchanges
We currently offer size exchanges for most items in our Activewear and Coats & Jackets collections:
- Follow the standard return process
- Clearly state your desired size in your return request
- We’ll ship your new item once the return is received
Exchanges are subject to availability. If your preferred size is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Faulty Items
If you receive a defective item from our Active Studios or Featured collections:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the issue
- We’ll arrange a free return label if confirmed as faulty
- Choose between a replacement (if available) or full refund
